Products → locked-in quotes
Save retainers and one-time fees as products. When you quote someone, those numbers freeze so later catalog changes don’t rewrite what you already sent.

Send → they open → you both sign
Share a private link. Status goes draft → sent → viewed → signed → active. Both sides sign in Vilya Sign (draw or type).

Collect the first invoice
Stripe Checkout for what’s due now (first month + any non-waived setup). You can collect from ops or they can pay in the portal — signing doesn’t have to wait on payment.

Signed docs stay put
Finished PDFs are stored with a hash. We don’t overwrite them. Your signature and theirs sit on the contract.
