Pay for the desk, not a catalog of site retainers

Access to Vilya OS — Command, quotes, dual signature, portals, client records, feedback. Lanes are priced for what it costs to host and maintain your info, not for managed web/email delivery (that’s still a separate quote).

Monthly · OS access

Three desks

Pick the lane by how many active client records live in the OS. That load drives Blob, PDFs, triage, and keep-alive work — so the bill follows it.

  1. OS-SOLO

    Solo desk

    $149/mo

One operator. A handful of live clients.

Up to 3 active client records

    • Full Command board (triage, quotes, dual signature, portals)
    • Client records + site feedback HUD ingest
    • Fair-use Blob: quotes, signed PDFs, feedback attachments
    • Stripe / Resend keys in your vault (you bring the accounts)

Covers a quiet book — a few open quotes, light PDF archive. Extra active clients bill as overage.

  2. OS-BUSY

    Busy desk

    $699/mo

Heavier book. More archive. Faster hands when it breaks.

Up to 30 active client records

    • Everything in Growth desk
    • Expanded PDF / seal / feedback archive budget
    • Faster turnaround on OS incidents (vault, Stripe, ingest)
    • Room for seasonal quote spikes without an emergency upgrade

For a busy practice. Still one operator seat — not a multi-tenant shop floor. Past 30 actives we custom-quote.

What the fee covers

Priced to the maintain bill

OS access isn’t a license theater package — it’s recovery for hosting your desk and keeping your client info intact.

  • Host + runtime

Vercel serves the console, portals, and APIs. More operators and traffic mean more invocations and bandwidth — Solo stays light; Busy assumes a louder desk.

  • Blob & archives

Every quote PDF, dual-sign mark, feedback attachment, and inbound brief lands in durable storage. Lanes include a fair archive; image-heavy or multi-year vaults need overage or Busy.

  • Client records as load

An “active client” isn’t a login seat — it’s a live record with quotes, portals, feedback, and triage noise. That’s what drives maintain cost, so lanes cap actives and overage is per record.

  • Keep-alive labor

When vault keys rotate, Stripe webhooks flake, or ingest fails, someone has to fix it. Higher lanes buy faster hands — not unlimited custom feature work.

  • Passthroughs (not in the OS fee)

Stripe processing fees hit the collected invoice. Google Workspace seats, domains, and managed site hosting are delivery SKUs — quoted separately when you want that work done.

Setup · one-time

Get the workspace live

One onboarding line to wire vault keys and walk the board — not a $6k site build. Delivery setup SKUs stay on delivery quotes.

Managed delivery is separate

Web + email retainers, site setup, marketing ramp, consulting days — those are delivery SKUs in the ops catalog, quoted when you want that work done. OS access only keeps the desk and your records running.
